Revisions & Refunds

Since our services are digital and customized (mixing, mastering, vocal tuning), all sales are final.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer one free round of revisions with every order.

If there is a technical issue with delivery (e.g., corrupted file, wrong file sent), we will resend or correct it promptly at no extra charge.

Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where no work has begun.
