  mixedbyfati provides professional online audio services including mixing, mastering, vocal tuning, and related digital products. All services are delivered digitally through email or secure file delivery.

• Orders & Delivery

• Clients must provide all required files (WAV stems, project files, etc.) as outlined in our file preparation guide.

• Turnaround time varies by project but is typically delivered within the agreed timeframe after receiving files and payment.

• Revisions           

• Each service includes one free round of revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Refunds

• Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final.

• Refunds are only possible if no work has been started.

• If an error is caused by us (e.g., wrong or corrupted files delivered), we will correct it at no extra cost.

• Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for ensuring files are properly labeled, exported, and uploaded in the correct format.

• mixedbyfati is not liable for delays caused by missing or incorrect files.

• Ownership & Usage

• Final mixes/masters are owned by the client once delivered and paid in full.

• mixedbyfati reserves the right to showcase snippets of work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
